Investor in Customers (IIC)
Since 2008, Alexander Forbes Financial Services has held the 2 Star Investor in Customers (IIC) accreditation for customer service, which in February 2011 was described as `outstanding’ by the independent assessor.

The latest review included direct feedback from customers, staff and senior management about how well we understand customers’ needs, deliver products and services that meet those needs, deliver first class service and engender loyalty in customers and staff.

ISO9001 
We hold the ISO9001 quality management accreditation in respect of our DC Proposition. The ISO standard re-affirms our commitment to quality, our clients and demonstrates that we have an effective quality management system in place.
